Education Based Outreach Foundation Inc. will measure success not simply by the amount of money raised or the number of programs offered, but by the measurable difference those programs make in people's lives.
We will monitor student enrollment, attendance, and program completion.
We will use pre-program and post-program assessments and monitor growth in targeted academic skills.
We will consider student participation, parent participation, and teacher observations.
We will track families reached, community partnerships, and volunteer participation.
Evaluation results will be used to improve future programs and strengthen the services EBOF provides.
EBOF will use measurable outcomes to demonstrate program impact to donors, grant makers, partners, and the community.
EBOF will begin with education-focused programs for children and youth while developing the organizational capacity to become a broader community resource.
Over time, the Foundation envisions a continuum of educational and supportive services serving individuals throughout different stages of life—from children and students to young adults, adults, and families.
